Investment Visa Overview

When contemplating the Cayman Islands Tax Residency Programme, there are TWO real estate Residency-by-Investment options which we will discuss here. Additionally, one of the requirements is that the applicant must spend 30 days in the Cayman Islands each year. These residency by investment options do not allow you the right to work and they do not allow the right to apply for naturalization.
