Antigua and Barbuda Digital Nomad Visa Requirements
This program simplifies the procedure for digital nomads and remote workers looking for their next destination, allowing them to live in the country for up to two years and travel in and out of the country without paying income taxes.
Like most digital nomad visas, the program began during the Covid 19 epidemic and has been continuing ever since, Antigua and Barbuda has remained one of the countries with the greatest pandemic management, increasing its attraction to vacationers looking for a secure Caribbean location with access to modern facilities.
The following documents are necessary to apply for a digital nomad visa in Antigua and Barbuda:
- A color scan of the passport bio page. Your passport must be valid for another two years.

- Proof of income ($50,000 per year). You must sign a declaration declaring that you have $50,000 to spend in Antigua and Barbuda during the next two years.
- Payment receipt. You must give your visa receipts as confirmation of payment.
How to Apply for a Digital Nomad Visa in Antigua and Barbuda
To obtain an Antigua and Barbuda digital nomad visa, you must first complete the following steps:
Create a document checklist. Before completing the application, make sure you have all of the necessary documentation. (See the list of documents under “Antigua and Barbuda Digital Nomad Visa Requirements”).
Begin the visa application process online. You must begin the application process online at the official website. Your documents should be scanned in English before filling out the application. Double-check all of the information you enter.
Pay the application fees. The application fees must be paid online with a credit or debit card. The application fee for a single applicant is $1,500, $2,000 for a couple, and $3000 for a family of three or more members. The fees are non-refundable, and the receipt should be sent to ndrprogrammeanu@ab.gov.ag. You should also take the receipt with you when you arrive.
Send in your application. After you’ve paid the fees, all you have to do is click submit.
You must wait around 14 days for approval.
In addition, depending on your country of origin, you may require a visa to enter the country.
Application timeline
As you can see, the application process for this digital nomad visa is rather simple and does not include the creation of a company or the submission of a business plan, which is one of the conditions that discourages nomads from applying for other visas.
